The Youth Group is for young people in grades 8-12.  All youth play an active role in the life of the church.

The Youth Group meets once a month after the 10:00 a.m. service. Over snacks, we discuss everything from world hunger to what's going on in our own lives. About once a month we also go on an adventure or engage in a service project. Adventures have included paintball, kayaking, and a Christmas party at the Rectory.

Members of the youth group are also an integral part of many of St. Barnabas’s ministries, including acolyting, offering childcare in the Nursery, caring for our building, running our sound system, helping lead parish events like making Jesse Tree ornaments and the Children’s Outreach Projects, and playing roles in the Christmas Eve pageant and St. Barnabas Day. It is clear that the members of the youth group have found in this parish their spiritual home.
